- The personal data collected by us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
- A 50% deposit is payable to secure each party booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Any enquiry will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit payment. If payment is not received during this time, the party time may be allocated to another customer. If making payment after the 7 day period has elapsed, please check with Sparkle & Slime that your party host is still available.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check that all details on our confirmation email are correct, especially the party date, time and address of venue.
- The balance of your party must be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of your party.

- Parties with 1 host have a maximum number of 25 guests
- Parties with more than 25 guests will require either a second party host or an assistant. Please contact Sparkle & Slime for full details.
- Party guests participate in activities at their own risk.
- Supervision of children at parties is the responsibility of the adult booking the party and/or the parent/carer. Sparkle & Slime’s hosts are there to entertain the children and are in no way responsible for their supervision
- Sparkle & Slime reserves the right to change the party host allocated to your event.
- We would ask that you try to keep the noise from parents in the room to a minimum, as it can make it difficult for the children to hear our hosts.
- Your party host will arrive approximately 15-30 minutes before their start time to set up the party. It would be helpful if children could be kept out of the party area when the hosts are setting up equipment.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or amend your party, please contact us at Sparkle & Slime. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to change the party according to your request. Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This is because our party hosts have been booked specifically for your party and, as professional hosts/performers, may have turned down other work – for this reason we pay them a cancellation fee from the deposit held.
- In the unlikely event that your party cannot go ahead because of a problem at Sparkle & Slime, you will be given a full refund.
- Customers must update Sparkle & Slime with any changes in their contact details or address.
- Force Majeure: Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
